Focus on developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and resources, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Location: Onsite in Bayreuth, Germany. Willingness and ability to travel (China and other production areas) is required.

What you will do

• Lead and execute key projects, overseeing planning, coordination, and successful completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the textile and fashion industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English language.
