What you will do

• Lead coordination and presentation of product demos, gathering client requirements, and tailoring pre-configurations.
• Design and present the full customer lifecycle from initial sales kick-off to product adoption and transition to account management.
• Own the strategic planning and execution of the onboarding roadmap, aligning with customer business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, blockers, or delays in the onboarding process.
• Oversee the training strategy and facilitate sessions to ensure customers maximize their use of hirify.global.
• Measure success of onboarding projects using key metrics and report to senior management on progress, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

• Italian Native, and fluency in English is required as the main internal working language.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, especially in Customer Experience, driving customer retention and success.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS, HR software, or technology driven environment.
• Passion for technology with hands-on experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with an ownership mentality.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications.
