What you will do

• Execute and own slots and lifecycle CRM campaigns in Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.
• Manage automated lifecycle flows, optimizing onboarding, active, and reactivation campaigns.
• Oversee main slots loyalty programs, refining and testing to meet retention and player value goals.
• Lead large seasonal campaigns and adhoc promotions around new game releases and cashback specials.
• Collaborate with brand, product, creative, and country management teams.
• Manage communication tools including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK (North London)
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience or passion for CRM and data insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
