What you will do

• Process and monitor manual and automated payments, manage liquidity and cash flow.
• Handle payment failures, offline liquidity providers, and maintain relationships with financial partners.
• Support merchant queries, compliance checks, and transaction monitoring.
• Produce payment KPIs and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues and contribute to system optimization.
• Maintain and implement standard operating procedures for treasury and payment processes.

Requirements

• Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work US and South Africa time zones, including on-call weekend and some bank holiday coverage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with high initiative and adaptability.
