What you will do

• Provide operational support for customer banking transactions.
• Manage the opening and closing of accounts within the trust accounting system.
• Handle daily transaction processing and data entry.
• Perform system testing and operational enhancements.
• Administer accounts and provide timely responses to internal and external information requests.
• Troubleshoot and solve account-related issues to support Trust Operations.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of operations experience or a Bachelor's/Advanced degree with an interest in Financial Services/Cryptocurrency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills using spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be based in Sioux Falls, SD.
