What you will do

• Own the end-to-end resolution of support tickets requiring financial input, from analysis to documentation.
• Review and validate financial data from various custodians to ensure platform accuracy and consistency.
• Create structured documentation of findings and decisions for use by other teams.
• Collaborate directly with Tech and Support teams to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
• Drive the reduction of the ticket backlog and improve Finance Operations response times.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Clear and structured written communication skills.
• Fluent English and intermediary Spanish.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
