What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering team from 3 to 7–8 engineers by mid-2026, setting standards for technical excellence and customer impact.
• Engage closely with customers providing technical guidance and senior-level support on AI Agent deployments.
• Drive disciplined go-to-market execution with pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and collaboration across Sales, Account Management, and Partners.
• Define and track KPIs to assess team performance and accelerate AI Agent adoption and business impact.
• Maintain technical credibility by coding and working with APIs, integrations, and modern system architectures.
• Lead cross-functional programs to align product, engineering, marketing, support, and GTM teams around AI Agent success.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from the United States (San Francisco office).
• 7+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or professional services with people management experience preferred.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on coding (Python or JavaScript), APIs, and integrations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional execution and building scalable operating models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills bridging technical and business audiences.
• Interest or experience in AI, conversational AI, or applied automation is a significant plus.
