What you will do

• Identify D2C opportunities by partnering with game producers and designers to enhance player engagement.
• Drive the D2C roadmap, creating vision and strategy for web properties to optimize revenue and community.
• Collaborate across teams to translate game design intent into platform requirements.
• Define and iterate on success metrics such as web store conversion and retention.
• Leverage hirify.global’s ecosystem to adopt and adapt platform technologies for Niantic’s games.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (San Francisco preferred).
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in gaming, mobile, or e-commerce/web platforms.
• 2+ years of professional data analysis experience to inform product decisions.
• Strong passion for consumer UX and technical fluency in web services and API design.
• Proven ability to manage trade-offs between creative and technical realities.

Nice to have

• Experience launching live service game features on web or mobile.
• Hands-on experience with community or content management platforms.
• Experience managing platform services with end-user UI components.
