Salary: $160,000-$190,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff arguments
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Collaborate with team members of varying experience levels
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate client relationships
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced attorneys

Requirements

• Must hold an active California State Bar license
• 8+ years of litigation experience, including 5+ years in Lemon Law defense
• Experience managing full case handling responsibilities including discovery and trial preparation
• Proficiency with MS Suite and time management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
