What you will do

• Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices within the 1LMX framework.
• Maintain and organize product backlogs and Jira dashboards to support sprint and increment metrics.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) within the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Track team metrics, risks, dependencies, and remove barriers to ensure successful execution.
• Utilize Agile Hive and advanced Jira automation to manage team workflows and structures.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with Secret security clearance.
• Experience as Scrum Master with Agile methodologies and intermediate Jira skills.
• Ability to manage scrum efforts across multiple teams and strong communication skills.
• Experience planning, estimating, and tracking team throughput and performance.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with part-time remote telework.

Nice to have

• Advanced Jira Automation and Structure skills.
• Experience with Agile Hive and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project management practices.
• Knowledge of Agile Best Practices and SAFe Framework.
• Experience managing scope changes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
