What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Partner closely with engineering teams working across various tech stacks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment.
• Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Wrike or similar).

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM or other relevant certifications
• Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments.
