What you will do

• Own and maintain reporting cadence, dashboards, and recurring reports to communicate ESC performance and impact.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as resolution time, CSAT, volume, and SLA adherence to identify trends and risks.
• Support capacity and workload analysis to inform staffing and resourcing decisions.
• Analyze Workday transactions and HR Service Delivery workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and self-service opportunities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and other partners to support cyclical programs and data quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote within 50 states, with some exceptions).
• 3–5 years experience in HR operations, shared services, workforce management, or data/analytics roles.
• Proficiency with Workday, ServiceNow (or similar HRIS and ticketing tools), and data/reporting tools such as Excel, BI/dashboarding tools, and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to uncover root causes and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
