Location: This position is located in Bethesda, MD and is a remote/hybrid position.

Salary: $80,400 - $82,426 Annually

What you will do

• Support the Tools Team objectives.
• Assist with reviewing threshold and performance monitoring to enhance reporting of metrics to inform trend analysis and capacity planning.
• Assist with optimizing CIT’s existing comprehensive suite of tools used to manage the NIH networks.
• Provide initial analysis of recommendations for augmenting and consolidating tools to maximize functionality and return on investments.
• Proactively test and implement vendor upgrades and patches by following the appropriate change and configuration management processes, while validating and maintain compliance with security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 5+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
