Salary: $66,100 - $105,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage the efficient and effective delivery of networking and cybersecurity services to clients.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact to understand business requirements and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify and resolve complex connectivity and security issues across multiple layers of the OSI model.
• Maintain detailed service records, client communications, and project documentation using PSA tools.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to internal teams and clients to promote best practices.
• Ensure all service delivery processes comply with industry regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience, including at least 1 year in an advanced technical position.
• Deep understanding of TCP/UDP, OSI model, dynamic routing protocols, and SSL/IPsec VPN technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and internal team interaction.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a pre-employment background check.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, VM-Series, Panorama, and Prisma Access).
• Industry certifications such as PCNSE, NGFW-E, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+.
• Familiarity with other leading security and networking vendors like Fortinet.
