What you will do

• Build and deploy AI voice agent prototypes and deep technical integrations with customer CRMs and helpdesks.
• Configure and optimize AI agents by tuning prompts, defining intents, and ensuring natural, low-latency conversations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive pipeline, adoption, and monthly recurring revenue growth.
• Translate field solutions into scalable product features by working closely with core engineering teams.
• Independently set up API integrations and automations, consulting technical teams only for advanced guidance.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
• 3+ years experience in hybrid technical/commercial roles such as solutions engineering or technical implementation.
• Expertise with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and low-code automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom data mapping and workflows.
• Ability to write Python or JavaScript scripts for data transformation when needed.
• Practical experience with LLM workflows, prompt tuning, and building guardrails against hallucinations.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
