What you will do

• Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships and identify hiring needs.
• Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
• Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic, demonstrated through academic studies, internships, or early career positions.
• Demonstrates confident, adaptable, and succinct verbal communication tailored to clients and candidates.
• Demonstrates consistently reliable behaviours, preparedness, follow-through, and respect for others.
• Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor's degree or possess relevant work experience, typically amounting to two years in a sales environment.
