What you will do

• Develop channel-first, paid social strategies to achieve campaign goals.
• Drive a test and learn approach across channels, including audience targeting and ad copy.
• Proactively seek optimization opportunities and innovations in formats and strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on results and insights.
• Build and manage strong relationships with cross-functional teams and platform partners.
• Manage budgets to ensure campaigns meet performance targets efficiently.

Requirements

• Background in delivering paid social activity in-house or within a digital marketing agency.
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Communicate complex insights with clarity to influence partners and stakeholders.
• Apply a data-focused outlook to seek out innovative ways to add value to the business.
• Tactical responsiveness to changing needs while maintaining a strategic approach to planning.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively at both a business and campaign level.
