What you will do
- Lead the definition of social and brand-first strategies for clients, merging Paid Media, Meta, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with brands, creators, and content teams to design Paid Social strategies focused on storytelling and impact.
- Act as a lead consultant and strategic partner for top clients, translating brand ambitions into social-first execution.
- Identify opportunities for service evolution and implement new ways of working to set social marketing standards.
- Inspire and coach junior specialists by setting standards for hands-on execution of social-first strategies.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and interest in positioning brands on social platforms, especially TikTok trends and dynamics.
- Ability to combine creative instinct with technical understanding of paid social data and tools for performance impact.
- Strategic client leadership, confidently leading client dialogue and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and curious mindset, challenging the status quo and pushing work forward with new ideas.
- Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
