Account Director, Paid Social

What you will do

• Assume day-to-day responsibility for paid social output for client accounts.
• Oversee a team of junior staff responsible for the daily running of accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and activate across digital media, linking other media channels.
• Deliver exceptional social work and manage a team of planners and executives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok etc).
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience compiling detailed end-of-campaign reports and presentations.
• A clear track record of working with clients and external stakeholders.
• Experience line managing others and training/mentoring junior staff.
• Collaborative, friendly, and with a can-do attitude.
