TL;DR

Strategy & Operations Manager (AI): Owns and drives high-impact initiatives across product, operations, strategy, and go-to-market, identifying problems and spinning up cross-functional projects to solve them. Focus on building scalable processes, using data for decision-making, and taking on early team leadership responsibilities within customer support.

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, 5 days per week

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own workstreams end-to-end, from problem identification to project execution and outcome delivery.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities and initiate cross-functional projects to address them.
  • Take on management responsibilities within the customer-facing support team.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes across product, operations, and go-to-market functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and executive stakeholders on priorities and progress.
  • Utilize data to frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive organizational decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, with a background in management consulting or strategic advisory combined with operational experience at a high-growth company.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, scope solutions, and drive large projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and data utilization skills for strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High-ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excitement for in-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.

  • Experience leading or managing a team (coaching, mentoring, or direct management).
