What you will do
- Own workstreams end-to-end, from problem identification to project execution and outcome delivery.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities and initiate cross-functional projects to address them.
- Take on management responsibilities within the customer-facing support team.
- Build and optimize scalable processes across product, operations, and go-to-market functions.
- Collaborate with leadership and executive stakeholders on priorities and progress.
- Utilize data to frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive organizational decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, with a background in management consulting or strategic advisory combined with operational experience at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, scope solutions, and drive large projects to completion.
- Strong analytical and data utilization skills for strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High-ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
- Excitement for in-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
