What you will do
- Align GTM functions to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth, owning the global revenue operating model across various departments.
- Drive internal adoption of hirify.global, showcasing it as a strategic operating platform, and deliver executive reporting on key performance indicators.
- Optimize sales performance and productivity by owning forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and global sales processes.
- Optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle and partner impact, driving lifecycle performance and net revenue retention with Customer Success leadership.
- Build a scalable, data-driven demand engine by aligning marketing operations to pipeline and revenue targets.
- Enable scale through systems and automation, owning CRM and GTM tech stack strategy and architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success Operations, with prior experience leading Global Revenue Operation within Enterprise Software / SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead and scale Revenue Operations of significant scope through high growth, ideally at $500M+ ARR.
- Deep expertise in sales planning, territory design, quota setting, performance management, and incentive compensation platforms.
- AI-forward mindset with broad experience leveraging modern GTM systems.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and operate as a trusted advisor to CRO and executive team.
