PSP Financial Manager – Middle (Payments): Managing reconciliations, liquidity, settlements, and discrepancy investigations for payment service providers with an accent on financial control, reporting, and operational accuracy. Focus on monitoring PSP liquidity, improving automation, preparing internal documentation, and maintaining effective communication with payment partners.
Location: Poland or Serbia

What you will do
- Perform reconciliations with payment service providers and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor liquidity, top-ups, invoices, and settlements.
- Communicate with PSPs on ongoing financial and operational matters.
- Prepare ad hoc PSP-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in automation initiatives and help prepare internal PSP documentation.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or audit.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Strong Excel skills, organizational ability, adaptability, prioritization, and deadline management.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in payments.
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools.
