Payment Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine. Hybrid work is available, with remote or onsite work options.

What you will do

• Create and maintain financial model templates.
• Analyze current and historical financial data and performance.
• Prepare financial reports and projections.
• Identify performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate reviews of financial information and forecasts with the finance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, or business administration.
• Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions and Tableau.
• Strategic thinking, strong presentation skills, organization, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Ability to work from Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine in a hybrid, remote, or onsite format.
