What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close cycles, coordinating inputs and consolidating results for finance leadership.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate and decision-ready budget datasets.
• Act as the primary finance point of contact, partnering with business leaders for budgeting and operating expense management.
• Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A, leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical field with strong financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy in financial reporting, forecasting, and data management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate complex financial topics into clear, concise updates for leadership.
• Experience improving financial processes, particularly through modern systems, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
• A proactive teammate who takes accountability, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and follows through on deliverables.
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows to deliver business-ready outputs.

Nice to have

• Comfort working in core financial systems such as Anaplan or NetSuite, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot independently.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data (e.g., SQL) and thoughtfully incorporate AI tools into day-to-day financial workflows.
• Genuine interest in crypto and an understanding of the broader financial and competitive landscape.
