TL;DR

Founding GTM (AI): Building the go-to-market engine for an AI platform in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry from the ground up, focusing on inbound, outbound, partnerships, industry events, and product launches. Focus on shaping commercial strategy, converting enterprise discovery into repeatable sales motions, and translating customer insights into product improvements.

Location: Must work in person in London

What you will do

  • Build hirify.global’s enterprise GTM engine from zero to repeatable across inbound, outbound, partnerships, industry events, and product launches.
  • Shape commercial strategy and how the product evolves with customers, turning ambiguity into structure.
  • Convert complex enterprise discovery into a repeatable sales motion for large certification and inspection organizations.
  • Translate customer insights into product improvements in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Design and track growth metrics that inform strategy and guide company decisions.
  • Operate as a true founding team member, helping define how a category-defining company scales commercially.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, forward-deployed roles, or deployment strategy.
  • Experience scaling something from 0 → 1, a product, market, GTM motion, or business line.
  • Comfortable managing many moving parts and unpredictable elements.
  • Communicate clearly with senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Think both strategically and operationally, able to design GTM approaches and execute them directly.
  • Enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product improvements.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Experience working where requirements were unclear and evolving.
