Junior Designer

TL;DR

Junior Designer (Brand & Communications): Shaping how Wildlife presents itself across internal and external communications with an accent on creating visual assets that support company initiatives and strengthen the employer brand. Focus on translating ideas into clear and engaging visual materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: Hybrid, São Paulo, Brazil (3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Maintain Wildlife’s visual identity across different channels.
• Design presentations and internal communication materials.
• Create visual assets for Wildlife’s corporate social media channels.
• Design visual materials for corporate events and internal experiences.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Communications team to transform ideas into strong visual outputs.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
• Advanced English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating presentations and visual materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Experience designing assets for social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing materials for corporate communications or internal communications.
• Experience supporting events or brand activations.
• Experience creating simple motion graphics or short-form video assets.
