Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA office
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Concept and execute creative for campaigns, product launches, and always-on marketing from idea through final delivery.
- Translate brand strategy into scalable visual systems across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video productions, including on-set art direction.
- Manage the post-production process, including photography selects and retouching notes.
- Manage and develop designers, providing clear feedback, setting direction, and supporting growth.
- Develop a cohesive visual ecosystem integrating photography, renders, and app UI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in-house or at a creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across brand and performance work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience leading art direction for photo and video shoots.
- Experience managing or mentoring designers and contributing to team development.
- Must be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA if necessary.
