Graphic Designer (Marketing)

TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Marketing): Leading the creative development and execution of visual design projects to inspire and educate the public with an accent on brand consistency and multi-platform asset creation. Focus on translating stakeholder direction into high-impact print, digital, and experiential graphics.

Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, CA. This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local.

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Produce visual assets across multiple platforms including print, digital, webcasts, and experiential design.
• Ideate, sketch, and storyboard new concepts based on stakeholder direction and research.
• Own the full creative process from initial design to final execution for internal and external projects.
• Maintain and evolve the visual aesthetic of the brand across all touchpoints.
• Lead projects ranging from simple design requests to complex print-ready materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of professional experience in illustration, graphic design, or print production.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends to accommodate prototyping and product launch campaigns.
• Online portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion design, and iconography.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of digital graphic design experience, preferably within a creative digital agency.
• Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Experience with UX/UI design, industrial design, or working with industrial designers.
• Skills in animation, motion graphics, dynamic interactions, and typography.
• Knowledge of professional print specifications and experience working with outside print vendors.
