What you will do
- Manage the IT support queue and resolve issues efficiently.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex and ambiguous IT problems.
- Own and automate the end-to-end employee onboarding experience using Okta Workflows.
- Partner with the People team to continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation and self-service resources.
- Manage Mac devices through Kandji, ensuring compliance and correct configuration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration at a fast-moving tech company.
- Experience owning and defining onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, including building Workflows.
- Proficiency in administering Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
- Experience with Kandji or JAMF.
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with hirify.global Deep Agents, Claude Code or Codex.
- Scripting experience in Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and connecting tools via integrations.
- Experience supporting a security or compliance program (SOC 2, access reviews).
