Location: Must be based in Lyon, France, and require regular travel across France

What you will do

  • Support remote and field sales teams through on-site discovery, customer meetings, and demonstrations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions for customer requirements.
  • Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the sales cycle to protect deal value.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Act as a technical contributor within Go-To-Market channels, providing product and integration guidance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, including system setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally within hospitality, retail, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Right to work in France.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry; hands-on restaurant experience is highly valued.
  • A basic understanding of APIs and integrations (or strong willingness to develop this skill).
