TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Sales): Responsible for driving hirify.global's revenue by generating qualified pipeline for the Sales team with an accent on customer experience and technical curiosity. Focus on discovering customer pain points, mapping them to hirify.global solutions, and managing sales activities in SFDC.
Location: Paris, France or Lisbon, Portugal. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do
- Generate qualified opportunities and pipeline value to meet target quotas.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Identify customer pain points and map them to hirify.global solutions.
- Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Actively contribute to the creation and improvement of team processes.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, organized, and skilled in time management.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
- Languages required: English & French & Spanish
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or similar role in the technology industry, especially SaaS.
- Experience with Outreach and Salesforce.
