What you will do
- Lead the planning, creation, and ongoing management of Paid Search campaigns.
- Perform regular optimization of accounts, monitoring market changes and identifying development opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and lead client calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with other digital teams within the Mindshare Channels and Solutions department.
- Delegate and manage workloads across junior team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Exceptional hands-on Paid Search experience and comprehensive knowledge of best practices.
- Experience supporting, developing, and mentoring junior team members and offshore teams.
- Performance focused with a strong ability to turn insight into action.
- An expert in developing and implementing audience strategies to optimize Paid Search campaigns.
- Experienced in applying bid rules, buying methods, and automation to optimize and complement campaign management tasks.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
