What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end execution, trafficking, testing, and delivery of paid media campaigns using Beeswax and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign performance and delivery, focusing on yield optimization and gross profit revenue.
• Identify and resolve issues preventing campaigns from hitting KPIs, providing data-driven solutions.
• Act as a technical authority on the ad tech stack, ad formats, and programmatic advertising.
• Develop and implement processes for operational excellence, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Support commercial teams with reporting and forecasting, and mentor junior Ad Ops managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years in digital ad operations with a minimum of 1 year focused specifically on programmatic advertising.
• Deep experience using major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, or Beeswax).
• Mastery of VAST/HTML5 formats and experience with 3rd party tag vendors such as DCM, Innovid, Moat, and IAS.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of global privacy laws and regulations, specifically COPPA and GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to flex your style for different audiences and push back on senior stakeholders when necessary.
