What you will do
- Own and evolve the UK brand narrative, positioning, and tone of voice.
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy across major seasonal peaks and monthly brand moments.
- Approve creative territories, propositions, and messaging frameworks.
- Oversee seamless execution across ATL, OOH, PR, social, CRM, app, website, and performance media.
- Use insight and post-campaign analysis to continuously refine creative effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in brand or integrated campaign leadership.
- Proven delivery of 360 campaigns including ATL channels.
- Background within consumer, retail, ecommerce, or digital-first environments.
- Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with confident creative judgement.
