What you will do
- Act as primary client partner, building relationships and translating business challenges into clear cross-channel strategies.
- Own day-to-day management of 3-4 client accounts, driving growth across strategy, execution, and performance.
- Lead day-to-day delivery, coordinating specialist teams across digital marketing, tech, data, and creative.
- Lead commercially focused reporting, connecting performance data to business outcomes and providing clear recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and flag risks to keep clients moving forward.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience within eCommerce, retail, or an agency environment working with clients.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities, flagging risks, and asking the right questions.
- Ahead of the curve on eCommerce and retail trends, with the ability to bring fresh ideas forward.
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations in both weekly client calls and quarterly reviews.
- Holistic understanding of digital channels and how they drive business growth.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and retain accounts.
