What you will do
- Deliver central strategies across Reckitt’s categories, ensuring successful embedding through seamless collaboration with creative agencies, WPP regional clusters, and local markets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Reckitt Comms planners and Brand teams, owning the process from brief to campaign completion.
- Ensure comprehensive use and adoption of WPP Open across Central, Regional, and Local teams to deliver consistent output and tool utilization.
- Lead network management, including conducting network calls, establishing 1:1 relationships with key clusters, and collating best practices.
- Support strategic projects, such as defining Go-To-Market approaches, developing thought leadership, and assisting in relevant WPP/hirify.global pitches.
- Share learnings across the team to optimize processes for future briefs and years.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proven media agency experience in both strategic and performance environments.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting data and insights.
- Extensive experience in client management and matrix organization management.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest digital media solutions (e.g., Amazon, programmatic, influencers, social) and the ability to represent the full media mix (e.g., TV, outdoor, sponsorship).
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce and understanding the strategic balance between eCommerce and brand investment.
- Demonstrable experience running large pieces of business across market, regional, or global remits.
- Exceptional client relationship-building skills and gravitas to lead matrix clients and agency teams.
- Ability to lead multiple internal stakeholders at all levels across diverse disciplines.
