UX Researcher (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including research design, moderation, and reporting.
• Plan research activities as part of the product development strategy.
• Take ownership of a product or a specific part of a product.
• Continuously collaborate with stakeholders and designers.
• Facilitate workshops with teams, product managers, and designers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience independently planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Hands-on experience in independently recruiting research participants.
• Experience in the eCommerce industry.
• Ability to take a strategic approach to UX research that translates into business value.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in defining and formulating UX metrics.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in UX research.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OptimalWorkshop, Maze, Dovetail, Google Analytics, Pendo, or survey tools.
