TL;DR

Lead Generation Specialist (E-commerce): Identifying and qualifying high-quality, ICP-aligned leads for an expanding specialized unit with an accent on data accuracy, efficient research workflows, and collaboration with sales and marketing. Focus on optimizing targeting criteria and maintaining structured CRM records to build a strong, data-driven pipeline.

Location: On-site in Krakow

Salary: 46–69 PLN/h + VAT (B2B) or 6,414–9,620 PLN gross (Permanent)

What you will do

  • Identify and research e-commerce companies matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified and validated leads.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as company size, industry, geography, and tech stack.
  • Ensure high data accuracy and completeness before handover to sales.
  • Use multiple data sources to enrich lead quality and optimize research workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align on lead quality and improve conversion.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or business development.
  • Proven ability to generate high-volume, high-quality B2B leads.
  • Hands-on experience with lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high data accuracy.
  • Ability to qualify leads based on multiple criteria and business relevance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
