Sales Development Representative

What you will do
- Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Utilize internal and external tools to generate high-quality leads and identify market opportunities.
- Provide follow-up support to qualified prospects with product information and accurate quotations.
- Maintain precise lead information and activity records within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues on call-out days, customer meetings, and events.
- Contribute to team training and the onboarding process for new sales associates.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish and English required.
- Must be permanently located in Poland.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail for CRM and documentation maintenance.
- Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
