What you will do

  • Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build the infrastructure and processes to scale for future growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is required (CWM preferred).
