What you will do

• Own executive searches across the company, partnering with senior leaders.
• Identify and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent through deep research and networks.
• Run searches end-to-end from market mapping to closing.
• Develop talent maps across healthcare, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on critical leadership hires.
• Assess executive talent with rigor, conducting structured interviews and reference strategies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of recruiting experience with substantial focus on executive search and senior leadership hiring.
• Experience in retained executive search, in-house executive recruiting, or a combination.
• Demonstrated success placing C-suite and senior executives within healthcare, digital health, AI, healthcare SaaS, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience building and scaling leadership teams for venture-backed startups.
• Breadth of executive search experience across commercial, engineering, AI/ML, product, clinical, operations, and corporate leadership roles.
• Strong network of healthcare and technology C-suite leaders.
