What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including pipeline management, strategic sourcing, and recruiter screens.
• Own roles across all levels, focusing on entry-level to mid-level positions.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers and department leaders to understand requirements and inform hiring decisions.
• Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn and Gem to engage top-tier passive talent.
• Use data and funnel analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and optimize pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, effectively selling hirify.global’s mission and technical vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on corporate roles in high-growth organizations.
• Skilled sourcer who enjoys building outbound pipelines to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, including evaluating competencies and collaborating with leaders.
• Experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments, balancing multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Passionate about mental health and accessible therapy, effectively communicating hirify.global’s mission to candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Live in or can easily commute to San Francisco or New York.
