What you will do

• Own daily social media operations, content planning, and user engagement across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, hirify.global App Feed).
• Collaborate with creators, artists, producers, and influencers to source user-generated content (UGC).
• Manage user engagement by responding to comments and inquiries.
• Track and report on social media performance using native analytics and tools like Meltwater, Airtable, and Metricool.
• Work cross-functionally with creative teams to produce branded content for campaigns.
• Ideate new strategies to support marketing campaign goals and stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of social media management experience, ideally in music or tech.
• Proven record of running social media accounts with strong organic growth.
• Data-driven approach to testing, learning, iterating, and decision-making.
• Deep personal passion for music creation (bonus if using DAWs).
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut) with an eye for social media editing styles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple campaigns.
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in Singapore without visa or work pass sponsorship.
