What you will do
- Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms.
- Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic.
- Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria.
- Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment.
- Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience building campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries.
- Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content logic.
- Expert-level detail orientation with strong QA and testing mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns.
Nice to have
- Experience with AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial.
- Knowledge of multi-channel campaign coordination and calendar management.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for email and mobile messaging.
