What you will do
- Define and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity across global markets.
- Lead creative team including designers, copywriters, and motion specialists.
- Oversee creative output across all channels: campaigns, digital, social, content, events.
- Partner with regional marketing leaders to adapt global brand for local markets.
- Drive creative excellence while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 12-15 years experience in brand and creative leadership roles.
- Proven track record developing and managing brands in regulated industries (financial services preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative excellence across multiple campaigns.
- Extensive experience managing creative teams of varying sizes and disciplines.
- Deep understanding of global brand management with demonstrated experience adapting for local markets.
- Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
