What you will do
- Plan and manage a dynamic social media content calendar with 3–4 posts weekly across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Design graphics, edit video reels, and produce marketing collateral adhering to brand guidelines.
- Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid campaigns.
- Generate leads and build customer loyalty through targeted social media campaigns.
- Organize creative assets for team access and track performance analytics to refine strategies.
- Collaborate closely with brand leadership and implement feedback to maintain brand voice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
- Practical knowledge of SEO and SEM with demonstrable results.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Location: Remote work with schedule aligned to Singapore Time (SGT).
- Comfortable managing multiple platforms and projects under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience in the restaurant, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or food industry.
- Availability for a long-term partnership (minimum 6 months).
