TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in the Greater Vancouver area, Canada, allowing for in-person office collaborations. Must be prepared to work standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.

What you will do

  • Run full inbound demo cycles from discovery to close.
  • Utilize BANT, SPICED, and ECIR frameworks for precise qualification and consistent sales motions.
  • Conduct pain-led discovery conversations to uncover real business needs.
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM with strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Contribute to team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers.
  • Work with AI-assisted sales tools to improve efficiency and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS Account Executive experience with verifiable quota attainment.
  • Fluency with structured sales frameworks like BANT, SPICED, or ECIR.
  • Strong discovery skills and CRM discipline (Pipedrive experience is a bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Background in ed-tech, HR-tech, or other high-volume inbound SaaS environments.
