TL;DR

Sales Trainer (Sales Enablement): Activating new Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) by building their skills, confidence, and habits to succeed and build a sustainable business. Focus on delivering onboarding, coaching ISCs in the field, and running structured follow-ups to ensure competency and readiness for the Sales team.

Location: Remote within the UK, with willingness to travel across the UK and regular team days in London.

What you will do

  • Deliver structured onboarding for new ISCs, covering products, pricing, tools, and merchant onboarding.
  • Coach ISCs in the field, observing their approach and giving practical feedback.
  • Own the handover from Recruitment, flagging any concerns about quality or readiness.
  • Build connection within the new-joiner cohort through WhatsApp groups and celebrating wins.
  • Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date, logging activity and tracking progress.
  • Surface insights on what's working and what isn't to improve the program.

Requirements

  • Experience in SMB sales, account management, or a similar field-based commercial role.
  • Experience coaching, training, or managing salespeople, helping them improve.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in developing people and seeing them grow.
  • Strong organization skills to support multiple ISCs at different stages.
  • Comfortable with CRMs like HubSpot and open to learning new systems.
  • Willingness to travel for field coaching across the UK and regular team days in London.
