What you will do

• Partner with client groups through core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys).
• Advise client group on people-related strategy and decisions (including organizational design, planning, and compensation).
• Provide coaching to support and enhance leadership development.
• Proactively manage legal risk and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Respond to employee questions regarding employee relations, company policies, and learning and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Strong mentality for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
• Analytical skills, including reporting and synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
• Strong advising and coaching skills to build solid relationships across the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
