Location: Remote from certain states within the US (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA), with a preference for candidates within 25 miles of the Denver, CO office. Cannot consider candidates in New York metro, Seattle metro, or the Bay Area. Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 base salary

What you will do

• Cultivate and develop a high-performing team of licensing specialists, setting clear expectations for success.
• Evaluate, develop, and recommend managed services offerings, including pricing, bundling, and delivery.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for Autopilot services.
• Deliver a thoughtful, long-term roadmap for managed services aligned with the corporate strategy.
• Define, execute, and report on team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Create and improve team operations, processes, and documentation to optimize cross-team collaboration.
• Investigate, define, and implement automations to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, automation, analytics, and third-party vendors to enhance services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic product management experience, ideally with service products.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong track record of problem-solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
• Deep experience in stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach with a passion for driving efficiency.
• Must have US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or insurance compliance industry, including licensing compliance.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• High growth startup experience.
